Who are George & Sage Lola?

GSL Rescue is named for the two rescues who started everything — proof that one adoption can turn into a movement.

Today we specialize in pulling shelter animals off euthanasia lists across Southern California. We're small, scrappy, and entirely foster-based: every animal we save lives in a real home, on a real couch, learning what it feels like to be somebody's.

We take the ones others can't — the seniors, the shut-downs, the medical cases, and occasionally a red-eared slider or a hamster named lucky number one.
